Delete your account

In the app (immediate)

1. Open the Tomi Frame app and sign in.
2. Tap Settings → Delete account and confirm.

Your account and the data listed below are deleted right away.

If you no longer have the app

Email hi@tomiframe.com from the address registered to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. To make sure the request comes from the account's owner, we act only on requests from that address; we delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

Deleting some data without deleting the account

• Photos: Display → Your Photos, then delete the photo.
• Widgets: in My Frame → Layout, tap the widget and choose “Remove widget”; its settings go with it.
• Connected accounts (Google Calendar and others): Settings → Integrations → Disconnect. The access token is deleted and, where the provider allows it, the grant is revoked on their side too.
• Step count: withdraw your consent under Settings → Step data; the stored value is deleted at once.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, password hash, and any Apple or Google sign-in link
• Your screens, widgets, designs and display settings
• Photos and images you uploaded
• Access tokens for connected accounts (Google Calendar and others); where the provider allows it, the grant is revoked on their side too
• Alarms, private plugins and your step count
• Your frame's last battery, temperature and humidity readings

Your frame itself is not deleted: it is removed from your account so it can be reset and set up again. Records we are legally required to keep (such as an invoice, if you bought from us) are kept for the legal period. Details: Privacy Policy.
